CALCULATION OF BELTS EQUIPPED
OF SIDES AND POTS

1) BELTS EQUIPPED OF SIDES, HEIGHT 80 mm

The abacus of belts to sides has been determined for belts whose speed is of  1m/sec.
The fork corresponds fairly to a debit for a carrier charged well.

In abscissa values correspond to the debit some  m³/hour .
Are indicated widths of belts fairway in ordinate.

METHOD OF CALCULATION :

example :

Debit  = 150 t/h
Speed = 1,25 m/sec.
Density = 1,6

The debit will be able to be pass with a fairway of  300 à 400 mm.
